JULIE WRIGHT
Julie has been working in the field of Health and Wellness since 1991, teaching many varieties of Group Exercise classes, Personal Training and has taught certification courses for Personal Training and Group Exercise. She took her first Yoga class in 1999 and
was immediately hooked. The physical benefits
were amazing but what really captured her was the powerful spirit, mind and body connection. After two years of dedicated practice she began teaching. She holds a 200 hour certification with Yoga Alliance. She continues her education with Rod Stryker and receives great inspiration by attending workshops with masters such as Baron Baptiste, Beryl Bender Birch, John
Friend, Ana Forrest, Seane Corn, Manju Jois and many
more. Yoga has given Julie the ability to unite the mind and body and be present in the moment, using
the breath and movement as a guide in Yoga practice
and also in day to day living. She feels so blessed to
have received the gift of Yoga and enjoys sharing this
precious gift through teaching.
