WITH 27 POWER YOGA CLASSES EACH WEEK, it’s easy to find a class to fit your schedule. At Twist Power Yoga in Dallas, Texas, all of our power yoga classes are open to all ability levels. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yoga practioner, our classes are designed to challenge and guide you. For one complete hour, in a comfortable 82º studio, a skilled, certified instructor will take you through a vigorous sequence of postures, connected by movement and breath, to build core strength and enhance flexibility. Along the way, the instructor will offer modifications and intensifications to suit the needs and ability of every individual. Practitioners are encouraged to listen to their bodies; to accomplish poses by breath, not force.
If you are interested in trying Twist Power Yoga but are a little uncomfortable about jumping into a room with people who appear to know what they are doing, then you may want to try our beginners series where you will learn yoga from the ground up.
